Myself and the children thoroughly enjoyed our day in the woods. It tied in well with our Science work at school and it was great for the children to apply their knowledge.

The National Nature Reserve status of Bradfield Woods recognises the fact that this is one of the most important woods in the country. Bradfield Woods is steeped in history and brimming with wildlife.
 
The award-winning carbon-positive building includes a classroom, covered veranda and toilets. It sits amongst the trees and is built almost exclusively with timber from the surrounding woodlands.Your day here will reflect the landscape, habitats and history of Bradfield Woods and we will work with you to design a bespoke visit to meet the needs of your group.
