Learn to identify visiting bird populations as well as resident birds in the varied habitats of this reserve. The late migrants which visit Lackford Lakes boost species numbers even more and it really is a great time to get out and appreciate the wealth of birdlife on our doorstep. Suitable for beginners/less experienced.

Paul is a popular local bird enthusiast and runs many successful courses for the Trust.

Please bring a packed lunch and binoculars if you have them although some will be available to borrow from the centre.

Please wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and stout footwear. Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided, but please bring extra drinks for when you are way from the centre.
