About the event

A quick introduction into the different type of sound recording equipment that you can use to record wildlife sound from basic to intermediate to high end. This will include shotgun and parabolic microphone setups as well as spaced omni- pairs. A range of sound recorders will also be available to try. 

We will discuss different set-ups, do some recording close to the centre and listen back to as much as time permits.
