This week our Reserve Wardens spotted caterpillars sporting mohawks, a lesser stag beetle and some beautiful wetland plants and birds.
We have now seen 64 different species of birds on the reserve in 2020 including bullfinch, snipe, siskin, lapwing, goldeneye and good numbers of starlings roosting at the end of a winter’s day.…
We have a busy schedule of events and school visits throughout the year across the Trust and are always looking for volunteers to lead and assist with these activities.
