Identifying and recording wildlife

Suffolk Wildlife Trust has teamed up with iRecord - an online species recording system created by the National Biodiversity Network to make it easier for wildlife sightings to be collated, checked by experts and made available to support research and decision-making.

Adding species sightings to iRecord through the Suffolk Wildlife Trust form is simple and will help the Trust collect information about wildlife throughout Suffolk.  One of the key benefits of using iRecord is that your sightings will be instantly available to the local biological records office and the National Biodiversity Network. Not only this, your records will be available for you and others to view - helping you build up a picture of species and places you are interested in.
