Gifts in Wills

Leave a gift for nature in your will and help local wildlife thrive.

Do something wonderful for Suffolk's nature - remember Suffolk Wildlife Trust in your will

By leaving a gift in your will, you will help protect Suffolk’s wildlife and wild places for generations to come. Your legacy could restore habitats, safeguard endangered species, and inspire future nature lovers. Making your will is also a positive step for you and your loved ones, giving you the peace of mind that your wishes are secure.

New online free wills service

We have partnered with Make a Will Online to offer you a safe and straightforward way to write your will. You can write your will online, free of charge, from the comfort of your home. Every will is checked by a qualified solicitor, and you can ask legal questions if you need extra guidance. The service also includes free access to Capacity Vault, offering added protection for your wishes.

Making your will face to face

Some circumstances mean it’s best to see a solicitor in person. If you have a large or complex estate (for example, trusts or overseas assets), or if there are concerns around capacity due to illness or medication, we recommend speaking with your own solicitor. You can find a local solicitor via the Law Society website.

Whether you have decided to leave a gift in your will or would like more information, we would love to hear from you. Please feel free to get in touch with Alex Downing, Philanthropy Manager, philanthropy@suffolkwildlifetrust.org

Your privacy

When you make a will online, some details are shared with us, such as your name, year of birth, contact information and details of any gifts. With your consent, this allows us to thank you and keep in touch. We also understand that some supporters prefer to keep their wishes private. If you’d like to leave a gift confidentially, you can still do so. However, you choose to remember Suffolk Wildlife Trust, we are deeply grateful for your support. Your kindness will make a lasting difference for Suffolk’s wildlife and wild places.
