Our bi-annual summer fair has returned for 2017 with something for all ages, including craft stalls, wildlife spotting, refreshments, children's activities and guided walks!
Just come along to find out about your local wildlife and heritage from ourselves and groups such as Suffolk Bat Group or the Master Composters, or learn about our resident Exmoor Ponies.
Stall holders will be selling and demonstrating local skills such as wood craftsmanship, fine art, wool spinning, leather working and plants.
Children's activities will include river dipping and minibeast hunting, whilst all ages can try their hand at geocaching or attend a guided walk.
A Hounds of the Heath guided walk for dog walkers will leave from the middle car park opposite the main heath at 10.30am, and return to the main car park once the fair is underway.
Refreshments will include a hot dog stand, cakes and the usual ice creams!
Entrance will be £1 per car with any further donations welcome to go towards the upkeep of the nature reserve.
No need to book, but river dipping will be available to book on the day (limited places booked on a first come first served basis).
