From its early beginnings over 40 years ago, as a group of naturalists concerned about the damage to Redgrave and Lopham Fen, the Trust has become Suffolk's most dynamic and influential conservation organisation. As it has matured, the Trust has retained the energy and urgency of the early days and turned it into a powerful advocate and guardian for Suffolk's wildlife.
