ABOUT US

How we are funded

Suffolk Wildlife Trust is a charity (not-for-profit), therefore we rely on the generosity of members and supporters to fund our work protecting the wildlife and habitats of Suffolk.

We have an incredible community of over 28,000 members from all across Suffolk and beyond, directly supporting nature and the local environment through monthly and annual subscriptions.

Alongside membership subscriptions, our income comes from donations, gifts in Wills, corporate partners, Trusts, Foundations, other funding bodies (such as The National Lottery Heritage Fund), event sales, Local Wildlife Groups, community fundraising, and sales in our visitor centres.
