Accredited training courses - Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Many of our training courses take place in outdoor locations which are not always suitable for people with restricted mobility, however we will always try our best to find a location suitable for all candidates. Please contact us if you have any specific access, mobility or special requirements before making a booking.
  2. Some of our training provides you with the skills to use certain tools safely; misuse of these tools may lead to injury for which Suffolk Wildlife Trust cannot be held responsible. Please do not bring your own tools.
  3. Full payment is required at least two weeks before the start of the course.  Please note that if payment in full is not received two weeks before the start of the course, your booking will be cancelled and you may still be charged. Payment plans are available but full payment is still required before the course starts. Please contact finance@suffolkwildlifetrust.org for further details. 

    Please let us know in writing as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your place on the course

Cancelling a confirmed place will incur charges as below:

  • Cancellation more than 31 days before the course                    10% of total booking cost
  • Cancellation 15 – 31 days before the course                               50% of total booking cost
  • Cancellation 14 days or fewer before the course                        100% of total booking cost

In the event that Suffolk Wildlife Trust has to cancel a course due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and will offer a full refund for the cost of the course.

  1. The contact details supplied will only be used for administrative purposes relating to the course.  Personal details will not be shared with third parties, other than those associated with the qualification/accreditation.

  3. All learners must read and agree to the Learner Agreement.
