Sound Bath in The Orangery
About the event
Take time to unwind at the end of your week with a calming sound healing experience in the magical setting of Holywells Park's Orangery. Nestled within one of Ipswich's most beautiful green spaces, this immersive session is one of two sound baths featured in this year's Festival of Nature.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are gently “bathed” in sound using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and handpan. The vibrations and tones help slow brain activity, calm the nervous system, and support a deep sense of rest and relaxation.
Join Jodie from Sanctuary Sound Therapy for a restorative session in The Orangery at Holywells Park, Ipswich. Set within the park's historic walled garden, this peaceful venue provides the perfect setting to switch off, slow down and immerse yourself in both sound and nature. No experience necessary.
What to expect:
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before the session begins
- Find onto a mat and get comfortable (feel free to bring a blanket and pillow)
- A brief introduction from Suffolk Wildlife Trust and Jodie
-
A relaxing sound bath designed to help you unwind, restore and reconnect with nature through sound and stillness.
There are limited spaces for this event so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
