If you need to contact Suffolk Wildlife Trust, please use the information below to help us respond to your query as quickly as possible.
We cannot always respond right away because of the large numbers of enquiries we receive, and our limited capacity. However, we aim to respond within 5 working days. Thank you for your patience.
REMEMBER: Suffolk Wildlife Trust is not a wildlife rescue charity. We therefore we do not deal with sick, injured, or dead animals. If you find an sick, injured, or dead animal, use our FAQs page to find out what to do or visit HelpWildlife.co.uk to find a wildlife rescue centre near you. If you suspect a wildlife crime has been committed, you can report it to Suffolk Constabularly via their online form or by calling 101.
Christmas Emergencies
Our visitor centres and phonelines are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day, to give our teams a well-deserved break.
Our nature reserves are open as normal over the festive season for walks. If you come across an immediate danger on one of our reserves, please call 999. For other emergencies on a reserve - such as livestock in trouble or an immediate safety issue - please call 01473 883516

Injured, sick or dead animal
If you find an injured, sick or dead animal, please check our FAQs page or visit helpwildlife.co.uk to find your nearest wildlife rescue centre.
If a wildlife crime is in progress, call the Police on 999. If you suspect a wildlife crime has been committed, or may soon be committed, call the Rural Crime Team on 101.
