Children can visit Father Christmas in his grotto by the Lakes this December!

Father Christmas will be visiting on 5th December, 11th December, and 13th December. Tickets for all three days are purchasable on this page. Please ensure you pay close attention to your selected date and time slot.

All children will have a chance to talk to Father Christmas, have their photo taken (please bring your own camera, photographer not provided) and will receive a wildlife-themed gift. 

One family ticket is available for each time slot. This admits 1 child with up to four accompanying adults, you will not share your timeslot with any other families. If you wish to bring an additional child/children, please purchase the required number of 'additional child' tickets alongside your family ticket. Due to the size of the grotto we cannot admit additional adults. Late arrivals may not be admitted but please call ahead if you are running late in case of cancellations. 

The time on your ticket is the time you should be ready in the Learning Room to be led down to the grotto by our elves. There will also be fun Christmassy nature crafts in the Learning Room so feel free to arrive before your grotto time!

Suitable for children aged 0-11 years. Older siblings are welcome to attend but will not receive a gift. Please specify child's age when booking to ensure an appropriate gift is provided. We recommend younger children come during the daytime on Thurs 5th December as it can get very dark in the woods and may be scary for some.

Please be aware that each family will have approximately 10 minutes with Father Christmas, regardless of the number of children you bring, so if you are a large group, you may wish to consider purchasing tickets for more than one time slot.
