Ceramic Taster Session: What Connects You to Kessingland?
About the event
Join artist Lucy Wheeler for a series of free ceramic workshops for adults at Kessingland Library, inspired by the local landscape, history and wildlife! Suitable for ages 18+.
This taster session offers a chance to discover more about the creative clay workshops that will be running throughout the autumn and winter months in a relaxed and friendly setting.
You'll have the chance to explore a collection of ceramics, books and images, try some simple clay activities, and experiment with natural pigment crayons and pastels. We'll create clay tiles inspired by Kessingland using an easy printing technique.
No experience is needed—just come along, have a go, and enjoy getting creative at your own pace.
Drop in from 14:00 to 16:00. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided!
