Places on our Wildlife Live Talks must be booked and paid for in advance. We request a donation to help us to continue to plan these interactive online sessions and support us in their delivery.
You will receive confirmation of your booking and joining instructions by email. In the unlikely event that you do not receive these or if you have a query regarding your booking, please contact us on 01473 890089 between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Donations are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled. Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserves the right to cancel an event at short notice.
Applications to transfer to an alternative session will be considered at Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s discretion and may result in the place being cancelled without refund of your donation if an alternative session cannot be found.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know in good time to allow us to offer your place to someone else.
All Wildlife Live Talks will run subject to a minimum number of attendees. The decision as to whether the course goes ahead is usually made one week in advance of the course; you are, therefore, strongly advised to book before this time.
Circumstances may require that the person delivering the Wildlife Live Talk change from the person named when you booked. Provided a Presenter of equal standing is secured, participants will not be notified in advance.
Our Wildlife Live Talks are designed to be informative, friendly and fun. Please note that while you may glean some expertise, these Talks do not count towards any formal qualification unless otherwise stated.

The contact details supplied will only be used for administrative purposes relating to the booking. Credit card details are not stored and personal details will not be shared with third parties.
