Member's Winter Design Competition
Calling all WILD creatives!
After the success of last year's competition, we're inviting our members to take part in our Winter Design Competition. It’s your chance to create a design that celebrates our Flagship Species in Suffolk and could be featured on Suffolk Wildlife Trusts' online shop.
Suffolk is home to some of the UK's most vulnerable wildlife, and the Trust is working to turn around the fortunes of some of the county’s most beloved and endangered species. Throughout the year and across Suffolk, we carry out targeted conservation work, habitat restoration, and community projects to protect these remarkable species, and the ecosystems they are part of.
Your designs could be featured on a jumper, tote bag, card set or tea towel. We'd love to encourage you to use your creativity to help celebrate and raise awareness about protecting our local wildlife. Your design could feature one or more of these flagship species, showcasing the native wildlife we are lucky to have on our doorstep.
Our selected winners will get a choice of their design on a jumper, or a tote bag & tea towel bundle.
Entries are now open.
Competition closes midnight Sunday 15th November, with the winner announced the following week.
Let your creativity flow
Whether it's minimalistic or bursting with vibrant colours, let your imagination run wild and show us what nature means to you. Celebrate the wildlife and use our 2026 theme "Suffolk's Flagship Species" as inspiration.
Our panel will be looking for:
Creativity & originality – Is the design fresh, imaginative and unique?
Seasonal spirit – Does it capture the essence of winter?
Flagship species – Does your design celebrate Suffolk's flagship species?
Wearability – Would people genuinely enjoy wearing it?
Visual impact – Is it eye-catching and well-balanced in terms of colour and layout?
Please note - we will not be accepting any entries which have used AI to create the design.
How to enter
- Create your unique winter wildlife jumper design
- Submit your design in digital format by the end of 15th November 2026 via the form below. Designs may be submitted as a JPG or PNG and must be a maximum 100MB file at 300dpi
- Include a brief description of the inspiration for your design

Winning designs will be featured as part of the winter collection on the Suffolk Wildlife Trusts shop (with full credit to the designer). The winner will also receive a jumper featuring their design.
