About the event

Darren will look at the history of beavers in Great Britain, and then uncover how they are able to transform landscapes to the benefit of people and wildlife. With examples from Devon and Essex, and videos of the beavers released at Spains Hall near Finchingfield, he’ll explain why beavers may make a better job of regulating our water supplies than we do and can help to mitigate the climate and biodiversity crises.
