About the event

Be surrounded by nature at Bradfield Woods and you go on a relaxation journey with a sound bath. Take the opportunity to relax during the Festival of Nature with a relaxing sound therapy session, the perfect end to your week at a very special location.

This session will be hosted by Jodie from Sanctuary Sound Therapy. No experience necessary. 

What to expect: 

Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time 

Find a mat and make yourself comfortable (you are welcome to bring a blanket at pillow)

A short introduction from Suffolk Wildlife Trust & Jodie 

Time to relax, enjoy the sound bath and sounds of nature in the park 

Leave feeling refreshed
