About the event

Children can visit Father Christmas in his grotto by the Lakes this December!

Father Christmas will be visiting on 12th December. Please ensure you pay close attention to your selected time slot.

All children will have a chance to talk to Father Christmas, have their photo taken (please bring your own camera, photographer not provided) and will receive a nature-themed gift.

One family ticket (1 child with up to two accompanying adults) is available for each time slot (you will not share your timeslot with any other families). If you wish to bring an additional child/children, please purchase the required number of 'additional child' tickets alongside your family ticket. Please only book multiple time slots if you have more than 3 children. Any additional adults that want to go into the grotto and join in the activities will have to purchase a ticket for £3 each.

The time on your ticket is the time you should be ready in the Learning Room to be led down to the grotto by our elves. There will also be a number of festive activities to enjoy and each child will receive a homemade shortbread. Plus there will be a festive trail you can go on if you wish.

Suitable for children aged 0-11 years. Older siblings are welcome to attend but will not receive a gift. Please specify child's age when booking to ensure an appropriate gift is provided.

Please be aware that each family will have approximately 10 minutes with Father Christmas, regardless of the number of children you bring, so if you are a large group, you may wish to consider purchasing tickets for more than one time slot.
