Morning Yoga at Bradfield Woods
About the event
Set in the ancient woodland of Bradfield Woods Nature Reserve, join a unique yoga class hosted by Dr Mitzi Noble Munuo as part of the Festival of Nature. Reconnect with your body and mind while immersed in nature, practising beneath the trees and surrounded by the sights and sounds of the woodland.
If the weather is favourable, the class will take place outdoors beneath the woodland canopy. If not, we'll move into our woodland centre, where panoramic views of the surrounding woods allow you to stay connected with nature throughout the session.
This is one of two classes hosted by Dr Mitzi Noble Munuo for the Festival of Nature. Mitzi is a Suffolk-based GP and yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people find balance in both body and mind. With an extended role in Lifestyle Medicine, she understands how the pressures of modern life can affect our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
No experience is necessary. After the one-hour session, attendees are welcome to stay for a chat with Mitzi and fellow participants.
