Morning Yoga in the Orangery
About the event
Surrounded by nature in Holywells Park, in the heart of Ipswich, slow down and join a special yoga class hosted by Dr Mitzi Noble Munuo for the Festival of Nature.
Set within the park's stunning Victorian Orangery, this session offers the perfect opportunity to experience yoga and connect with nature, discovering how both can work together to support wellbeing and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. The class will last for one hour, with the opportunity to stay afterwards for a chat with Mitzi and fellow attendees over a cup of tea in the Orangery.
This is one of two classes hosted by Dr Mitzi Noble Munuo for the Festival of Nature. Mitzi is a GP and yoga teacher based in Suffolk, passionate about helping others find balance in both body and mind. With an extended role in Lifestyle Medicine, she understands how the pressures of modern life can affect our health — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
