Contacting Suffolk Wildlife Trust over the festive period
 

  • Our office in Ashbocking will be closed from 5pm on Friday 23rd December until 9am 28th December and from 5pm on Friday 30th Dec until 9am Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
     
  • Carlton Marshes Visitor Centre and toilets will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
     
  • Lackford lakes Visitor Centre and toilets will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and 27th December.
     
  • Knettishall Heath cafe van will be unavailable from Friday 23rd December to Tuesday 27th December inclusive.

Our team are taking a break from monitoring the Suffolk Wildlife Trust social media channels from 23rd December - 3rd January, although you might see us putting out some messages during this time. 

Urgent and emergency situations

For emergencies at our reserves and visitor centres - such as livestock in trouble on our nature reserves or a safety issue, please call 07917 040075

If the situation requires the emergency services, please contact them first before contacting us.

Wildlife crime

If you see an illegal wildlife activity anywhere in Suffolk, such as hare coursing, please contact the Police.
