Week 4 of 30 Days Wild - a wonderful month of wildness!

Our Hedgehog Officer Ali reflects on her month taking part in the Wildlife Trust's 30 Days Wild campaign!

This week has been spent away from work which has meant even more time for random acts of wildness exploring the coast, camping under the stars and exploring exciting new wild places!

Today marks the last day of The Wildlife Trust's 30 Days Wild Campaign and I've loved every minute of it!  I've climbed, peered into, stumbled across and explored my way across Suffolk to unearth some of the wild places and wonderful species our county has to offer! From evening kayaks under rookeries to mysterious glow worms, watching the sun set and gazing the night sky, watching mesmerizing jellyfish and slug eating hedgehogs, I hope you'll agree there are lots of exciting species and places in Suffolk, and they're all right on our door steps!

I hope you've enjoyed taking part as much as we have, and have been inspired to include a little wildness in your day, every day, not just for June! Get involved with out events and activities by checking our What's On, Volunteering opportunities or visit one of our reserves.
