Now in its fourth year - 30 Days Wild encourages us all to do something wild every day for the month of June. Just what you do is entirely up to you. Through 30 Days Wild The Wildlife Trusts hope to encourage us to think more about the natural world around us and literally stop to smell the flowers, gaze at the sky and listen to the bird song. We're increasingly aware of the benefits of nature to our wellbeing - and 30 Days Wild is all about making time and space for nature in our lives.

Named 'random acts of wildness,' daily wild activities throughout June can be as extreme or gentle as you like - imagine long summer picnics, or giving up single use plastic for a week, the choice is yours! For extra help and inspiration visit Suffolk Wildlife Trust's What's On pages for events and activities across the county, and don't forget to let us know what you're up to on our Facebook page and Twitter using #30DaysWild

Sign up opens today for a free pack featuring a wall chart to help you track your progress throughout the month.
