About the event

As part of National Nestbox Week, come and make a nestbox to encourage more birds to live in your garden and help us make a wilder Suffolk. We’ll have everything you need to make your nestbox and we’ll help guide you through the process. 

This event is suitable for everyone; families and adults welcome.

If you prefer, you can collect a nestbox kit and take it away to make at home. We will supply details of how to make, site and maintain your nestbox as well as other information to help you make your outdoor space more wildlife friendly.

Please note dogs other than assistance dogs can access the picnic bench area where this event is taking place and can be walked on a lead on the red route Sayer's Breck only. This activity will be noisy as it involves hammering nails, so we do not recommend bringing sensitive dogs.
