About the event

Join us as we explore the park as day turns to dusk and learn about what can be responsibly and sustainably foraged to make delicious cocktails. Discover more about Britain's hedge cocktail heritage exploring the meadow and orchard of Holywells Park. After the walk enjoy a range of seasonal hedge and orchard fruits drinks; including apples, quince, berries and fungi whilst taking in the sounds of the park's nocturnal wildlife.
