About the event

Come and join the Coddiwomplers, Stuart and Emma, for a fun relaxed session of willow weaving. The Coddiwomplers are experienced basket makers, school teachers and forest school practitioners.

We'll be making a wooden based giant flower using some traditional basketry weaves including waling, pairing and French rand. No experience necessary. All tools, materials etc provided.

This course will be outside if the weather is fine, or undercover in the yard if it's looking wet. Please come suitably prepared for the British weather.

Please bring:

• A mug
• A camera if you wish

Tea and coffee will be served throughout the day and is included in the price.
