Based at the Visitor Centre at our Lackford Lakes nature reserve - near Bury St Edmunds - the West Suffolk Engagement Manager role is central to achieving our ambitions for nature in West Suffolk. This role is focused on creating exceptional opportunities and nurturing local partnerships that enable, support, and inspire more people in West Suffolk to experience, learn about, and take action for wildlife.

This role will lead our Engagement Team in West Suffolk and the Lackford Lakes Visitor Centre team, championing the development of new community-based activities and delivering opportunities at Lackford Lakes and at our other reserves in West Suffolk (such as Bradfield Woods, Knettishall Heath, and Redgrave & Lopham Fen).

This is a leadership role, working closely with the Head of Engagement to drive the development and delivery of our engagement strategy across West Suffolk.
